The Aztech E-Z Hoist DL-300 is a cost-effective solution for lifting, loading and removing rotary dies, rollers from printing and converting equipment. Ergonomically designed, the DL-300 dramatically reduces the risk of damage to the rotary tool during job setup & change-over.
The DL-300 features a compact design with a maximum lifting capacity of 300 lbs. (136Kg). It includes 360° tool rotation using a heavy-duty swivel arm & dual pivot points for significant horizontal reach. It can be easily mounted to converting equipment with a simple 4-bolt bearing block assembly. The DL-300 can be easily removed and mounted on to our precision MP-200 (200lb./90 Kg) or MP-400 (400 lb./180Kg) mobile platforms for effortless mobility around your work environment. Both the MP-200 and MP-400 mobile platforms are equipped with one additional 360° pivot point to insert tooling in to the most difficult locations. A rubberized cradle mount safely holds rotary tools in place during transport and heavy-duty precision casters allow for effortless movement around the shop floor.
