Super Air Knife (AK2000)

Super air knife is the next generation of air knife that produces high volumes of air with low usage of compressed air and low levels of noise.

The super air knife offers a more efficient way to clean, dry or cool parts, webs or conveyors. It delivers a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across the entire length with hard-hitting force. At high pressures of 80 PSIG, the sound level is quiet at 69 dBA on most applications.

Ionizing Air Knife (AK2200)

The ionizing air knife eliminates static charge and contaminants from product surfaces using the AK2000 and the BR2200 static bar.

The laminar sheet of air sweeps surfaces clean of static, particles, dust and dirt. Production speeds, product quality and surface cleanliness improve dramatically. It's effective both as an extended range ionize and as a great cleaning device for webs and plastic parts.
